BWOS · Design-partner stage
Your company knows the answer. Now it can answer you.

Meet BWOS · Illustrative prototype
Ask once. See the whole answer.
“What changed since Friday, and what needs my decision?”
- Project plan Current
- Partner notes Approved
- Delivery channel 2h ago
The partner approved the revised scope. Engineering found one dependency. Vendor access is now the only milestone blocker. The revised plan is ready for approval.
Interaction prototype with local example data. Not a production deployment or customer result.
Bring us one question that wastes time. We’ll tell you whether it is a useful place to start.
Book a 20-minute introductionThe work before the work
A simple question should not start a reporting cycle.
-
01
Search
Open the meeting notes, messages, project plan, CRM, and the document someone remembers seeing.
-
02
Check
Work out which source is current, which decision still stands, and who is allowed to see it.
-
03
Rewrite
Turn the same facts into another update. By the time it is ready, the work may have moved again.
Your team rebuilds answers the company already has. Measure that time before the first build.
Inside BWOS · Interaction prototype
Keep the question and the work together.
See who asked, which sources BWOS checked, what it found, and who needs to decide.
What BWOS must prove
Your company's memory should not belong to a model.
We decide with each partner where BWOS runs, what each person can see, which models can handle the work, and which actions stop for approval. Every answer keeps a receipt.
-
01
Know who asked
The first build maps what each person can see, then tests it with named users.
-
02
Show the source
Every important claim must point back to the meeting, plan, policy, or record behind it.
-
03
Wait for a person
Nothing changes in a live system until a named person approves it. BWOS keeps the receipt.
Built by Born West
The team behind BWOS has delivered 120+ projects.
Born West has delivered work reaching 5M+ people. Partners work with us for 2 years on average. BWOS itself is still at the design-partner stage.
L’Oréal, Pathstone, and Oracle are Born West engagements. They are not BWOS deployments or endorsements.A first design-partner build
1 business area. Up to 5 sources. 10–12 weeks.
We start with 2 recurring questions and 1 action that waits for approval. We agree on the measure before we build. At the end, we compare the result and decide together whether to keep going.
The point is to prove one useful loop before adding more.

What exists today?
BWOS is an interaction prototype at the design-partner stage. It shows how Ask, cited answers, receipts, memory, files, dashboards, and agents could work together using local example data. Production identity, connectors, permissions, storage, model calls, approval flows, and audit design still need to be built with our first partner.
Is BWOS software or a service?
Both. We scope and build the first use case with a partner, then support the product if the proof works. BWOS is not a self-serve seat.
How is this different from search or a chatbot?
BWOS is built around the decision after the answer. It shows the sources it used, who is allowed to see them, who needs to approve the next action, and what changed.
What connects, where does data run, and who owns it?
There is no promised connector list yet. Before we build, we name up to 5 sources and agree on how each one connects, where BWOS runs, which models may receive data, who owns the keys and records, and how data can be exported or removed.
How is the first build bought?
The first build is a paid implementation. We set the fee after we understand the question, sources, access rules, and production boundary. Product support and model usage are separate. We do not have a public fixed price yet.
Who should not buy BWOS?
If your current system already answers the question with the right access and evidence, keep it. If you only need a general chatbot or model access, buy that directly. BWOS is for recurring questions that cross systems, permissions, and a human decision.
What happens in the 20-minute introduction?
Bring one recurring company question. We’ll hear how your team answers it today, trace the sources and the decision behind it, then decide together whether a first build makes sense. No deck, credentials, or sensitive data are needed.
